9 Patch Quilt Top...

...A very bright 9 patch quilt top!

As promised a riot of colour.

Also as promised lots of sashing.

I love Kaffe's green cabbage patch for the border.

I don't think the dog will get this one just yet, know matter how cute she tries to be!!

A fun, happy quilt.

I really like how you put the 9-patches together. And that narrow sashing reminds me of window panes. Such fresh and colorful quilt.

oh no you need to rename it, I'd say, 'Ultra colourful and supremely fast super quilt of the highest order' that should do it!!!!!

I love the narrow framing around the 9 patch. They really set off the blocks making a simple design remarkable. Your choice of border ties it all together. Great job.

Gosh you have been really prolific lately, I love the twist on the traditional nine patch and love the colours.
I see you have been busy lately , it must have been a joy to catch up with your sister and do the girlie things.

Your nine-patch is fabulous. Aren't you clever -- as usual. Yesterday I bought 8 yards of the Kaffe Cabbage Patch fabric for a quilt back. I wanted to go home and wrap myself up in it! And it was especially sweet because I got it for 35% off! I have not had any time for sewing, blogging or reading blogs for the last few weeks, but I'm back in the saddle -- at least catching up on blogs this morning. A little house cleaning, and then oh so much sewing to catch up on!

looks awesome! I love how you sashed the 9 patches, bordered the groups, and sashed them again. great idea!
