Red Sunday

Wow, I'm loving seeing all the Christmas decorations around blogland at the moment, aren't you? And for us Aussie girls, it's a treat to see a white Christmas, even though we cannot experience that here.

For Red Sunday I had to include a few red Chrissy decs...a red bauble...

A red, handblown glass heart....

And Nicolete's beautiful bird that she made for me....

My red Matryoshka Dolls look great at Christmas time...

A pretty little red jug, made in Copenhagen...

Red toenails for a summery, Aussie Christmas!

Lastly, a big thank you to Joan over at Wishes, True and Kind, thank you for your lovely words, you have made my day!

Back tomorrow for black or white Monday (the last day of colour week). Actually I think mine will be black AND white!!! Don't forget you can see other beautiful colours here. xo

Love all your red things right down to your toes! That little bird is adorable. I too have some of those Matryoshka Dolls but mine are red and yellow. Yours do go well with Christmas.

I especially love the red stripey jug! I've enjoyed color week, I almost hate to see it end.

I can't offer a white christmas, but rather a lovely green, brown, grey, and wet christmas... :)

Love all the red, but especially that red toe nail polish. Even though it's cold here, I really meant to get a pedicure today (still a little Saturday left here)for a little girly pampering, but never got around to making that appointment. Maybe I'll see if I can get to that before Christmas :).

It's funny to see your red nails in the middle of our winter. Usually I see such pics in the summer ;-) but yes you are on the other side of the world and ... we have right now a snowstorm and do have to keep our woollen socks ! have a nice christmas over there !!

Beautiful photographs. I love how you blocked out the colors at the first and just showed the red. Very effective.
I have friends who study the meanings of color, and I think their comments are interesting. Red is a POWER color. When we pull out a piece of clothing for the day and it's red, it can mean we are looking to tap into our personal power.

Beautiful Reds! I'm finding it odd seeing all the white Christmases, I've seen it in movies, read about it in books, but I've never seen it as a snapshot from someone else's life before, I love blogland, brings someone elses reality from the other side of the world, to right in front of me!

Loving the red toes but a little jealous here. They would for certain get frostbit here in flip-flops!!!!
My toes won't be seen for many months by the looks of things! At least I did give myself a new do today!! Christmas hair I guess!!!! Maybe I should go paint the toes, at least I will get to see them in the shower!!
Merry Christmas!!

Love the jug! I always wonder how it is to be celebrating a holiday that seems to revolve around snow, during summer weather. :)
