Kim McLeans Roseville Album quilt is definitely feeding my applique addiction!! It is so wonderful to put a few little stitches into some gloriously coloured fabrics, I try and do a little each day. Block Three has taken me a while but it is now finished and I've begun work on block Four.
Here are the three blocks I have now completed....
Block One...
Block Two...
Block Three...
I think after block four is done I will attempt one of the larger panels, they will definitely keep me going for a while. Have a lovely stitchy week! xo

Just gorgeous blocks. I cannot even see your stitches they are so fine and delicate. I adore your color choices for the oak leaf-shaped pieces in block three.
Your Roseville blocks look stunning! Interesting fabric choice, background fabric make everything "pop"...Love appliqué too, but I am doing most of it by machine (with invisible stitches & thread).
Your choices of fabrics and background make those blocks look so vibrant! This will be another stunning quilt from your hands!
I am utterly in love with your version of this quilt - completely, hopelessly, in love!!
Absolutely stunning Cathy! I love that you're adding in bits of fabric from your stash. Your applique skills are so amazingly wonderful.

Your blocks are beautiful! I've seen some of the others on the Glorious Applique blog and they're nice also, but that black and white you used really makes yours standout! Excellent!

Thanks for your sweet email BTW. We've been away for a week or so with no Internet access so I've been absent from Blogland.
Hoping to get back into things a little more once school holidays are over.
