Liberty Love

Liberty fabrics are such happy, cheery fabrics.

You don't need much of them (especially at the price!) but a few scraps of Liberty go a long way.

I'm finding I can chop up lots of small scraps and include them in my current Liberty project.

The size of these squares is 2" finished, so the finished blocks are 14 inches.

Here's a photo of four of them together. I am liking the effect so far.

Talking about lovely fabrics, my Amitie Textiles stash fabrics arrived recently.

Aren't they divine? I may have to buy yardage of some of these!!! xo

Your liberty blocks look great together. And yes, I too love the simple daisy. They are so pretty.

Love your pretty Liberty blocks!

And that's a really beautiful shot of daisies. You are so lucky to have summer coming, it is hard to let go this year.

Such a great idea for your liberty fabrics. It is looking amazing, I love it. I bought a few scraps this past weekend at a stall in Hampton Court at the Handmade show - this design would be perfect. Thank you for sharing x

Love those Liberty blocks. My sister and I joined a monthly Liberty Club, we get half of each fabric that arrives in the FQ bundle, so after 12 months I should have a nice little stash.

I love Liberty fabrics as well! A little while ago I found your blog post where you wrote about some of the places online that sell Liberty...I loved them all, especially the ones that sell 'scrap assortments' and was thrilled to see that one store was an Aussie one.
